Layer over a long sleeved shirtdress and black wide leg trousers like this outfit from Rachel Roy Fall 2008. Skip the belt, or wear underneath the cardigan, and add a bright flower corsage to accessorize. Since the colours here are neutral, you could wear either a black hijab, or any colour of your choice:
