Somehow I happened to wear a combination of different reds and
blues three days in a row. I thought “why not combine the outfits in one
post?” And here it is!
The Grownup one: This outfit is somewhat simple with
the plain button down shirt and blazer, but the pattern clash of the
chevron striped wide-legged pants and the leopard scarf adds some
quirkiness to it all. Nevertheless, the overall combination makes me
feel grown up, well put together, and elegant.
Infinity leopard print scarf: H&M, long blazer: H&M, button
down shirt: Vero Moda, chevron striped wide-legged pants: River Island,
bag: Gina Tricot, pumps: Aldo, accessories: Moda Style First, Boohoo
The Slacker: Ever gone to school with pj pants and
UGGs? Neither have I (yuck!). Since you can be just as comfortable
looking a little less hobo and much more fly with a jersey skirt, a
baggy top, and sneakers, then why not do that instead? Alternatively, go
for a cute abaya. When I’m sick, wake up late, or have to run a quick
errand, elegant khaleejy abayas are my go-to option.
Multicolored tassels scarf: Egypt, tribal print square-cut top: Urban
Outfitters, jersey maxi skirt: Bershka, gold and cream sneakers: Aldo,
accessories: Icing
The Wintery: And so the weather suddenly turned
really nasty, necessitating a woolen coat. The reds and blues were
deepened and intensified to vibrant burgundy and royal blue, both which
unite in the rich brocade pants. That is how we roll.
